    • Build and maintain realistic plans, sprints, and milestones; track scope, risks, and dependencies
    • Run agile ceremonies and keep teams focused on outcomes
    • Coordinate across client stakeholders, vendors, and internal delivery teams
    • Drive commitments and action items through to closure; surface issues early with options
    • Report status clearly to client and executive stakeholders

What you bring

  •
    • 4+ years managing technology or data delivery projects, ideally agile
    • A track record of owning outcomes — driving work to done, not just scheduling it
    • Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills
    • Exposure to data, analytics, or platform programs an asset
    • PMP, CSM, or SAFe a nice-to-have

Location: Hybrid — Greater Vancouver, with remote work and periodic on-site time at client sites. Full-time, open to contract or permanent.
Level: intermediate to senior.

QUALITY ASSURANCE — DATA & ANALYTICS

    • Validate data quality, completeness, and accuracy across source-to-target flows
    • Test BI dashboards and reports against business and functional requirements
    • Build and run automated and manual data validation checks
    • Write and document clear test scenarios, cases, and results
    • Log, track, and verify defects to resolution alongside engineers and analysts
    • Help establish QA standards and repeatable testing practices

What you bring

    • Strong SQL and a sharp eye for data discrepancies
    • Experience testing ETL/ELT pipelines and/or BI reports (e.g., Power BI)
    • Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman) and data-quality testing frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations, Soda, dbt tests)
    • Comfort with test management and defect tracking; AI-assisted or self-healing testing a plus
    • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
    • Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure) an asset

Location: Hybrid — Greater Vancouver, with remote work and periodic on-site time at client sites. Full-time, open to contract or permanent.
Level: intermediate to senior.

BUSINESS ANALYST — FUNCTIONAL

As a Functional Business Analyst at Locadium, you’ll bridge business needs and data solutions across a range of domains — translating how the business works into clear requirements for data, reporting, and process. Finance and ERP experience is a strong asset.

What you’ll do

    • Gather and document requirements with finance and operations stakeholders
    • Translate business processes — finance (GL, AP/AR, costing), operations, and others — into data and reporting requirements
    • Define KPIs, metrics, and report specifications with business owners

    • Comfort working alongside data and analytics teams
    • Experience on data and data-transformation projects
    • Experience across a range of industries and business domains
    • Hands-on experience within an Agile delivery methodology, with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps (ADO)

Level: intermediate to senior.

BUSINESS ANALYST — TECHNICAL

As a Technical Business Analyst at Locadium, you’ll turn business and data requirements into technical specifications the engineering team can build — the connective tissue between stakeholders and the data platform.

What you’ll do

  •
    • Elicit requirements and translate them into technical specs, data mappings, and user stories
    • Document source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and integration requirements
    • Analyze source systems and profile data to inform design
    • Work closely with data engineers and architects on solution design

    • Ability to write clear technical specs and data mappings
    • Hands-on experience within an Agile delivery methodology, with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps (ADO)

Level: intermediate to senior.

    • Develop ingestion and transformation from source systems into a layered (medallion) architecture
