Adrian Hull is an entrepreneur and data visionary passionate about transformative innovation. With over 25 years in consulting and business leadership, he has built and scaled successful analytics and integration firms, including Groundswell Group, which Deloitte acquired for its deep client relationships and forward-thinking approach.
At his core, Adrian thrives on being at the forefront of change. His expertise lies in laying strong data foundations and integrating advanced AI-driven tools like predictive analytics and human-in-the-loop AI to drive measurable business impact. He understands that data when structured properly, becomes an organization’s most valuable asset —allowing companies to make better strategic decisions, reduce operational costs, and automate repetitive processes.

Elvin Picardo is a data strategist and AI specialist with over two decades of expertise in data governance, advanced analytics, and AI implementation. As Locadium’s Chief Data Officer, he is passionate about bridging the gap between complex data systems and real-world business impact.
